Bear Valley Urgent and Primary Care opened it’s doors to the High Desert community in 2015.
Our mission is to provide access to quality health care and provide the best urgent care.

Our Doctor

Dr. Jose de la Llana is committed to the well-being and health of his patients. He has been practicing in the High Desert since 2013.

Dr. De la Llana is trained in Preventive Medicine and Public Health including Primary Care. He completed his internship at Montefiore Medical Center in Family Medicine and completed his residency at the Palm Beach County Health Department and the Veterans Administration in Preventive Medicine and Public Health.

His experience includes work with the Veterans Administration, St. Mary Medical Group and Choice Medical Group in California. His interests include Preventive Medicine, Primary Care and Urgent Care.

Dr. De la Llana’s caring nature and enthusiasm are deeply appreciated by his patients and his colleagues.

We are located in the center of the High Desert in the northeast corner of Bear Valley Rd and Hesperia Rd (where DD’s and Dollars Tree are located). You will find us a few doors down from Dollar Tree.)

Our clinic is in proximity to all High Desert cities (Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley and Adelanto). It is within a block from laboratories (LabCorp and Quest), imaging centers (Victor Valley Imaging) and major pharmacies. This makes our facility the center of your treatment and we coordinate your care with others in a timely manner.
